CANCELLATIONS AND OTHER POLICIES
Due to business growth we can no longer accommodate last minute cancellations/re-schedules.
When you make an appointment with us, that time is exclusively reserved with our professional Therapist.
If cancelled at the last minute we cannot fill that spot and therefore we suffer loss of business.
Effective as of today, all last minute cancellations will incur a 50% surcharge to help cover wages and other overheads.
To avoid this we require at least 24-hours notice. Your co-operation with this matter is greatly appreciated.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
As we are a place for relaxation and rejuvenation, our main priority is to ensure that you receive nothing but the best service when you visit us.
In order to achieve this we regrettably have to ask ‘not’ to bring your little ones to the salon, unless you have an adult person to look after them during your treatment. According to health and safety regulations we are deemed a non child friendly establishment.
We have hot wax pots, glass cabinets, and machines which can be very dangerous for little prying fingers .
We cannot have unsupervised children in the salon at any given time.
Our Insurance will not cover children in the event of an accident so it is best to make other arrangements before your appointment . Your cooperation with this matter is greatly appreciated
